Whether you’re visiting for the Fall Festival or stopping by the Little Farmer’s Play Yard during spring and summer, our rides and playgrounds invite every age to join the fun. Parents, don’t be shy: plenty of these slides are built for grown-ups, too!
A Playground Built for Imagination
Our farm playground combines classic country charm with hands-on play. Kids can climb, crawl, and explore on structures designed to look like real-life farm vehicles, cozy houses, and storybook scenes. From hay bales to wooden trucks, every attraction sparks creativity and outdoor joy.
Here’s what you’ll find across our Rides & Slides area:
- Wooden Firetruck: a classic red engine ready for pretend rescues.
- Wooden Tractor with a slide off the back for a fun farm-style exit.
- Wooden Monster Truck. Because bigger wheels mean bigger smiles.
- Wooden Train: climb aboard for an imaginary ride around the farm.
- Interactive Firetruck: complete with levers, bells, and moving parts.
- Pumpkin Tunnels: crawl, giggle, and pop out surrounded by orange glow.
- Straw Pyramid: a towering climbable stack of soft straw bales.
- Wooden Playhouse & Pumpkin House, perfect for creative make-believe.
- Interactive Green Tractor & Interactive Red Tractor: steer, shift, and beep your way through the farm.
- Pink Tractor (sit-on only): a guest favorite for fun photos.
- Barrel Horses: a galloping good time for mini cowboys and cowgirls.
- Cow Train: ride along in one of our adorable cow-spotted carts.
- 3 Little Pigs Ride & Glide: a brand-new attraction filled with giggles.
- Kidstruction Zone: dig, build, and move toy equipment like a pro.

With nearly endless obstacles and structures to climb, jump, and explore, our playground area gives kids the chance to run free and play hard. Just like the good old days.
Ten Slides of Pure Joy
Across the farm, you’ll find 10 total slides spread between our playground, wooden vehicles, Corn Boxes, and even inside the Giraffe Barn. Each one offers a unique thrill: some are tall and speedy, while others are gentle and perfect for toddlers.
Smaller children (ages 2–10) will love the smaller slides in the Little Farmer’s Play Yard, while older kids, and yes, even parents, will find plenty of room to join the fun on our larger structures.
Old Favorites & Exciting New Additions
Our Corn Stalk Maze is one of the original classics in the Little Farmer’s Play Yard and still delights kids with its twists, turns, and giggles. But Goebbert’s is always evolving! This year, we introduced several new favorites to keep our guests smiling:
- 3 Little Pigs Ride & Glide: brand-new and already a hit!
- Expanded Kidstruction Zone: more space and new equipment for little builders.
- The Cow Train: a fun farm ride for younger visitors.

Our playground and Rides & Slides area are open mid-April through mid-August and then reopen again at the start of our Fall Festival. It’s the perfect destination for families looking to spend a sunny afternoon outdoors, whether during spring planting season or crisp autumn weekends.
